\nMethod of Application:\u00a0Apply the cream onto your cleansed dry face in the morning. For a maximum effect, we recommend preliminary use of a therapeutic serum.
\nRecommendations:\u00a0For best results, apply HYDRA THERAPY serum first, and use HYDRA BOOSTER MASK several times a week. For extended sun exposure, apply SUNBLOCK SPF50 Cream as well.
\nWhat Is SPF?
\nSun Protection Factor is a measure of sunscreens’ ability to protect the skin from UVB rays that damage skin, cause sunburns and can contribute to skin cancer.\u00a0SPF15 means the sunscreen protects skin from burning for 15 times longer than without it. For example, if it takes 20 minutes for unprotected skin to start reddening,\u00a0using an SPF15 sunscreen theoretically prevents reddening for 300 minutes (5 hours).
\nHowever, this is only a rough estimate for ideal circumstances. In reality, sunscreen shouldn’t be expected to stay effective for longer than two hours without\u00a0reapplication. Moreover, two types of ultraviolet radiation damage the skin (UVB and UVA), but SPF only refers to UVB. \u00a0Nowadays we know that UVA rays are extremely harmful and can contribute to skin cancer as well, but most beauty products don’t protect against UVA properly.\u00a0In the beginning of 2014 the Israeli Ministry of Health determined the legal guidelines for UVA protection.
