How much does delivery cost and how quickly will my order arrive?
We deliver orders across Estonia via parcel machines and courier. Free delivery applies to orders from €49. Orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account. An account is convenient because you can view your order history, checkout faster next time and manage your details.
Can I buy products directly from your office?
DOLORES sells cosmetic products exclusively through the online store. Orders are delivered to parcel machines or by courier. If you would like to visit our office, please contact us in advance by email or phone to arrange a time.

This label means that the product is mainly intended for professional use in a salon or by a specialist. Such products may require precise knowledge of application method, amount or procedure.
